Information for groups…

The Green Shed can be booked by groups of up to 14 and we have long experience of welcoming groups from around the world. Many want to visit Iona and the Green Shed is an ideal place to stay. It’s far enough from the road to be private and many appreciate the seclusion and quietness.

In 2023 we can accommodate 14 in total: the Sea Room which sleeps 10 and the Snug and Studio, both which sleep 2. For the purposes of groups any double beds can be made up as singles.

The Sea Room kitchen / sitting room is fabulous as a communal space. It’s the social hub and large enough for everyone to eat together. The Sea Room has two showers / w.c’s and a single w.c. The Snug and Studio both have a shower / w.c. In order to avoid queues in the Sea Room for the showers at busy times we suggest that the Snug shower-room is shared with Sea Room guests.

What we offer.
All bedding and towels are provided and towels will be refreshed every fourth day. If requested we will come in and empty the recycling bins and compost every morning. It is expected that the properties will be left as they were found and we ask that on departure the bedding is stripped from the bed and left in a pile. This is a great help! On request can come in and do a full clean of the common rooms at an additional charge.
